When you contact us we collect the name, email, optional company, and message you submit. When you purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment and we receive your email and order details to fulfil and support your order. We store a hashed (not raw) form of your IP address with contact submissions to prevent abuse.

We use your information solely to respond to enquiries, deliver your purchase, provide support and updates, and keep records of orders. We do not sell your data or use cross-site advertising trackers.

We rely on trusted processors to operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and privacy-respecting analytics). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance. This does not track you across other sites.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Reach out via our contact page (Instagram or email) and we will respond promptly.
